Double doors lead into the main sitting room at this fantastic Lloc cottage, with a woodburner and patio doors that open out to the large enclosed front garden, which benefits from an electric sun awning and patio heaters. A second family room provides an alternate, socialable seating area, whilst a large games room with a selection of games, including a full-size table tennis and pool table, provides a wonderful play area for young and old alike. A security door leads through to the large, private, indoor heated pool, splash alarmed for safety, with leisure area and a luxury family sized 'wet room', equipped with two showers, toilet and wash basin.
The cottage enjoys surround sound music throughout, as well as Sky Multiroom with movies and sport, Apple TV with Netflix and WiFi coverage throughout the property. With new Smart TVs in a majority of the rooms, along with a dedicated media and cinema room with wall projector and corner sofa where you can relax, watch movies or play the latest games on the PS3 games console, this is a fantastic holiday base.
A conservatory at the rear of the cottage leads you onto large patios and spacious gardens with further play space on meadows behind. There is plenty to keep children busy outside with goal posts, a trampoline and an activity centre with swings and slides, plus a lavish six-seater hot tub with waterfall function, waterproof iPod dock and Bluetooth sound system. There is also a superb Range gas barbecue.

All bedrooms can be made to suit needs as majority of double beds are 'zip & link' so can be made into singles.
Pool is 4m x 8m x 1.2m deep, twin shower and indoor steam bath within pool area. Outdoor Jacuzzi seats 6.
